Some people told me that I should share more of the work I do apart from the blog, so I decided to write this post and say thank you to the amazing people that offered me a great opportunity.
A couple of months ago I styled and photographed the jewelry of Pina and Ilan Zamir from Avtalyon who are the owners and creators of the Jewell Ray studio. At their studio that is currently located in Hararit they design and make jewelry using gold, silver and precious stones, and recently Judaica as well, while often drawing their inspiration from the weaving crafts and techniques. Check out their shop on Etsy.
We made a lot of photographs, and I’ve chosen here some of my favorites and also a couple of behind the scenes shots (by Pina) from the session we did at the Avtalyon Olive Press, a charming place with good food that’s truly worth a visit.
And now my big thanks to… (not necessarily in this order)
Pina and Ilan Zamir for trusting me and giving me the freedom to create
Assaf Eshel from the Avtalyon Olive Press that allowed us to take over his place for a while
Maya Lemberger, the amazing model
